What is Right Source? We’re a strategic marketing firm that uses content, design, and technology to fuel business growth for our clients. And we’re exceptionally good at it.
An elite team of marketers, together we solve complex business and marketing problems. We know that people — not revenue, profits, or logos — are what set us apart. Because smart business people who are allowed to grow in a nurturing culture will succeed regardless of economic conditions, industry shifts, or changing trends.
“In certain corners of industry, CEOs and VPs of Sales are still whispering about the ineffectiveness of marketers. That’s because they’ve chosen to work with the wrong people — people who are willing to be sheep and follow someone else’s lead. That’s not who we are. Our team is made up of everyday leaders, all of whom want an opportunity to show the business world how marketing looks when it’s done right. On that, we will never compromise.”
— Mike Sweeney, Co-Founder and CEO
What does it mean to work at Right Source?
We’re a tight-knit, passionate team of modern marketers — serious about work, but also about having fun while we’re doing it. A discussion of the use of the Oxford comma is as important to us as one about the merits of marketing automation or what can truly be considered a condiment. We love a good happy hour, Nerf gun battle, and well-executed marketing plan. And we hire only the most exceptional people.
As CEO and co-founder of Right Source, Mike develops, implements, and manages the company’s strategic plan. He tries to work New Jersey and Notre Dame into most conversations, and enhances the RSM culture with constant sports analogies.
A huge fan of the Oxford comma and white space, Yvonne made a shift from creative to operations and now makes sure that everything works seamlessly at RSM — from delivery and client service to internal process, budgets, and cocktail hour.
Responsible for operations, HR, finance, IT, and ordering snacks, Alecia is the glue that keeps Right Source Marketing together. When she’s not busy keeping the company running, you’ll probably find her on a beach, beer in hand and dogs afoot.
As VP of Business Development, Bill’s role is to set the vision and direction for growth through both direct and indirect channels. In his spare time, you’ll find Bill following NY sports teams, hanging with the family or trying to discover the next great wine.
